For the peiod 9 August until 30 September 2010, Cottage $600 per weekend...(Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun).

From 1 October 2010, Cottage $650 per weekend (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun).

One extra night...$180
Rates are for 4 people. Cottages can sleep 5.
Extra person $40. Cot available at no extra charge.

Christmas and New Year ARE AVAILABLE.

Christmas period: minimum stay 3 nights Friday 24, Saturday 25, Sunday 26

New Year period: minimum stay 3 nights Friday 31, Saturday 1st, Sunday 2nd.

In both periods, the Monday is a public holiday.

Mid-week

Semillon and Court Cottages

Minimum stay 2 nights.

$180 per night for 1or2 people. $220 per night for 3or4 people.

Merton Cottage Mid-week

No minimum night stay.

$320 for up to 4 people, max.4.

Stay 4 or 5 nights mid-week at $180 per cottage for up to 4 people.

Stay one week for $1400

Notes

Rates include breakfast provisions for 2 days, light breakfast in loft and full breakfast in cottage.
Complimentary bottle of wine from our cellar door. Your choice.
Rates are inclusive of GST
Check in from 2pm.
Check out late Sunday (unless accommodation is booked Sunday night) and 11am other days. Variations can be arranged.
No deposit is taken but if less than 10 days notice is given of cancellation, 50% of tariff may be charged if the accommodation cannot be re-booked.
Failure to arrive incurs full tariff.
