Sunday to Friday....$160 per night

Weekend: Friday & Saturday
Minimum 2 Night Stay

Cottage $670 per weekend (Fri/Sat).

One extra night...$220. The direct booking system will not allow you to book a Thursday night with a Friday. Please contact us.
Rates are for 4 people. Cottages can sleep 5.
Extra person $40. Cot available at no extra charge.

Mid-week: Sunday to Thursday

Semillon and Court Cottages

No Minimum Night Stay

$220 per night for 1 to 4 people.

Extra person $40.

Merton Cottage Mid-week: Sunday to Thursday

Minimum 2 Night Stay.

$400.00 for up to 4 people

Stay 4 nights mid-week........ at $760.00 per cottage for up to 4 people.

Stay one week...(7 nights) ...for $1300.00

Notes

Rates include breakfast provisions for 1st morning, continental style breakfast provisions in loft and full breakfast provisions in cottage ( bacon, eggs, bread, milk, juice, cereal, butter, jam, tea & coffee)

Check in from 2pm.
Check out 12pm. Variations can be arranged.
No deposit is taken but if less than 10 days notice is given of cancellation, 50% of tariff may be charged if the accommodation cannot be re-booked. Failure to arrive incurs full tariff.
